Petty Knife, 13cm

Description:

The Japanese petty knife is indispensable for more delicate kitchen tasks such as removing the eyes from potatoes, peeling fruits and vegetables, or even intricate carving for artistic garnishes. Nowadays, cities across the world fight for the title, however Seki City is still the champion for any Japanese knives, with the tradition dating back almost 800 years.
