Description:
The Messermeister Future bread knife has a long serrated blade. It can slice large loaves and crusty sourdough with ease. The length of the blade makes it easy to slice cakes and tarts. Plus, its sturdy enough to handle tough vegetables like squash and swede.
The blade is made from recycled stainless steel. Messermeister uses the traditional Solinger sharpening method for a razor-sharp edge.
The wooden handle, unlike plastic, is biodegradable. Its made from sustainably sourced beechwood which has a beautiful grain pattern. The edges are rounded so the handle is comfortable and secure in your hand.
The Messermeister Future series combines sustainability with functionality. The knives are hand-crafted with recycled materials and FSC-certified wood. By choosing responsibly sourced wood, Messermeister aims to reduce their ecological footprint.
Messermeister knives are a great investment for home cooks and professional chefs. With a little care, they will last a lifetime in your kitchen.
Wash by hand and dry immediately.
